Main components

Crusher: First, raw materials such as pig bones and cattle bones are crushed by animal carcass crusher. Generally, they are crushed into meat pieces of about 30-50mm for subsequent processing.

Chemical Drying Machine: Crushed materials are pumped into a sealed chemical drying machine via a feed pump. While continuously agitated, a high-temperature circulating heat source is introduced through the interlayer to sterilize the materials at high temperatures and pressures. The heat source does not directly contact the materials during the drying process, instead utilizing the moisture in the animal's body to generate pressure through vaporization. For example, the core temperature of the processed material can reach 135°C, with a pressure of 0.25 MPa and a holding time of 30 minutes. After chemical drying, the material is vacuum-dried to reduce its moisture content to 10%-12%.

Press: The dried material is transported to the press through a screw conveyor for degreasing. After the oil residue is separated, meat and bone residue and animal fat are obtained.

Cooling and crushing equipment: The meat and bone residue is cooled to room temperature after being treated by the air cooling system, and then crushed by the crushing equipment to obtain the finished meat and bone meal. Finally, it can be packaged and stored by the automatic packaging machine.
