Equipment process flow

The Food Waste Drying Machine's entire processing process involves processing food waste into feed, producing organic fertilizer, and producing oil. The entire process is carried out according to a planned workflow.

1. Food waste is transported to the food waste treatment center by a dedicated, enclosed dump truck.

2. The dump truck directly dumps the food waste into the raw material silo, from which it is transported to the sorting system.

3. After sorting, the biodegradable food waste is transported to a crusher for crushing.

4. The crushed food waste enters a solid-liquid separator for solid-liquid separation. The oil-water mixture enters an essential oil purification system for purification, and the wastewater enters a wastewater treatment station.

5. 分離された食品廃棄物は高温殺菌装置に送られ、120～140℃（欧米基準に準拠）で殺菌されます。滅菌後は乾燥段階に入り、乾燥した材料の水分含有量は10％〜12％に達します。

6. After drying, the material is transported to a cooling system to cool to room temperature for packaging.
